Fees:
Private sessions follow the NDIS schedule for allied health practitioners and are billed per session.
Group packages vary in price depending on the package inclusions. Please contact [email protected] for more information about group packages and payment plans.
Can I use NDIS funding to pay for support with Create Vitality?
It depends on the type of plan and your goals and inclusions.
Create Vitality is not a registered NDIS provider.
Self managed NDIS participants are eligible to use NDIS funds, depending on the inclusions of your plan.
If you are plan managed, check with your plan manager to see if you are able to use NDIS funds to seek support with Create Vitality.
Can I use private health funding to pay for support with Create Vitality?
If your private health cover includes Occupational Therapy, you may be able to receive private health rebates. Please check with your private health fund for more information.
Can I use a Better Access to Mental Health Care plan to fund support with Create Vitality?
No. Create Vitality does not offer treatment for mental health conditions.
Does Create Vitality offer discounts or reduced fees for lower income folk?
Create Vitality is a fee for service private practice.
Payments plans may be available depending on the service being provided - please contact Create Vitality to discuss your individual requirements.

Does Create Vitality provide service to children?
No. Create Vitality’s primary focus is parents and caregivers. All strategies and resources offered are designed with the whole family in mind however and can be adapted to suit the needs of the whole family.
Do I need a diagnosis to receive service with Create Vitality?
No. A diagnosis is not required to access support with Create Vitality.
